Dry Serigraph

The photopolymer is a polymer specifically developed for contact printing that hardens under sunlight (ultra violet). The unexposed parts are called monomers, which are molecules that are not connected between them and to wash with water (and a little sodium carbonate) are easily undone. When the material is exposed to light, it polymerizes molecules bind to each other, hard, and water will not undo.

The development of photopolymer begins with the image processing in the design department, then assembled the data bands and films the negative cliche.  Then the technician makes the polymer with specialized machinery. Once facts are mounted on a frame Astralon and are ready to serve the customer.
